Why Rules?
Even though this is done for fun, and the entire intention is to have more fun, laws require I be pretty specific about the Giveaways.

Entering The Drawing
To enter the drawing, you will need to send an e-mail to forcecast@forcecast.net and include your home mailing address so you can be included in the entrants database. You may only enter once per contest. Multiple entries will not be valid for random selection. Your registration information will not be used for any purpose than selection of a winner and contact if you are the winner. By entering, you agree to be bound by the rules of the drawing. Decisions of ForceCast.Net are final.

Who Can Enter
Any person with a unique email address may enter so long as you do not live or use the Internet from a state where Giveaways such as this are prohibited. If you have more than one email address, you should choose one and only use it for registering. Registering more than once per day using different email address, will void all entries. Prizes are void where prohibited.

Random Selection
Prize winners will be randomly selected from valid entries received during the Giveaway time period.

Awarding Of Prizes
Once randomly selected, your prize will be sent to you automatically, generally within seven days, postage paid. Returned prizes will be considered forfited. By entering the Giveaway drawing you agree to allow ForceCast.Net to use your name in the promotion of ForceCast.Net, its podcast programs, and sponsors, if any. Winners are responsible for federal, state and local taxes, if any. It is the responsibility of the winner to determine if any taxes apply. Winners are posted to the past winners page.
